Description
German Empire 5 Pfennigs coin, Wilhelm II, Type 2 with small shield on the Imperial German Eagle. The obverse features the eagle design with a small shield at its center, mintmark E for Muldenhütten, and engraver Otto Schultz. Obverse lettering: E E.
The reverse shows a large central denomination with the inscription DEUTSCHES REICH 1892 5 • PFENNIG • around the rim. Engraver: Emil Weigand. Minted in Muldenhütten, Germany in 1892, with a total mintage of 346,000 pieces.
